WOA Community Members commit to be straightforward and honest in all their Community based professional and business relationships and dealings.
Professional behaviour
WOA Community Members will comply with relevant laws and regulations and avoid any action that discredits the Community, its Members or the wider Receivables Finance Industry. WOA Community Members will ensure that all their contractual dealings are conducted fairly.
Objectivity
WOA Community Members will not allow personal bias, conflict of interest or undue influence of others to override professional or business judgements in their communications and dealings with other Community members.
Professional competence and due care
WOA Community Members will maintain industry knowledge and skill at the level required to ensure that any client or employer interaction based within the Community receives the appropriate standard of competent professional service.
Confidentiality
WOA Community Members will respect the confidentiality of information acquired as a result of professional and business relationships within the Community and accordingly will not disclose any such information to third parties without proper and specific authority, (unless and except where there is a legal or professional right or duty to disclose).
Discriminatory Conduct
WOA Community Members will take reasonable care that all professional duties are conducted without causing offence on the grounds of gender, race, religion, disability or any other form of discrimination or unacceptable reference.
